Cancellation
You can cancel a self-serve subscription through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. API usage already consumed is not restored.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, or service charges made after a timely cancellation request will be investigated. Contact support within 14 days of the charge.
Source and service interruptions
Temporary outages or unavailable government sources do not automatically qualify for refunds. Material prolonged Lex Engine outages may receive a credit or refund at Lex Engine’s discretion or as required by an applicable service agreement.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise refunds, credits, and termination rights are governed by the signed data-license agreement or order form.
Request
Open a billing ticket through Support and include the Stripe invoice or payment identifier. Never send full card numbers.
