You may not use Lex Engine to violate law, court orders, source restrictions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, security testing without written authorization, malware, denial-of-service, or bypassing limits.
- Harassment, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, defamation, unlawful surveillance, or automated consequential decisions about individuals without lawful safeguards.
- Misrepresenting automated scores or entity matches as findings of guilt, liability, misconduct, or legal advice.
- Redistributing bulk data, building a competing database, or training models outside the rights granted by your plan.
- Submitting confidential, sealed, privileged, medical, payment-card, or unlawfully obtained information.
Enforcement
Lex Engine may rate-limit, suspend, preserve evidence, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, sources, systems, or legal compliance. Report abuse to security@titho.tech.
